How long does it take to manufacture and deliver my kitchen?

Because every kitchen is custom-crafted in the Häcker German production facility, expect a 12 to 16 week lead time for production and international transit.

How does the $5,000 design retainer work?

To move from concept to technical drawings and material selections, a $5,000 retainer is required. When you approve the final design and are ready to send the order to production, this full $5,000 is applied directly to your project's balance.

Do you sell appliances?

While we don't sell appliances directly, we partner with trusted local distributors to pass exclusive discounts on to you. More importantly, these partnerships allow us to collaborate closely with suppliers so every appliance fits seamlessly into your made-to-order kitchen and custom cabinetry.

What other products do you offer?

Through our on-campus partner, Ollin Surfaces, we offer an extensive selection of premium natural stone and porcelain. Additionally, we carry select top-tier plumbing brands for sinks, faucets, and other hardware to complete your kitchen or bath design.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. We provide white-glove delivery, meaning all transit logistics and delivery directly to your jobsite are fully included in our service.

Does your team install the kitchen?

While we handle the design, manufacturing, and delivery, we refer you directly to Häcker Certified Installers for the final setup. We maintain a direct line of communication with them throughout the process to ensure a seamless handoff.

Why should I use a Häcker Certified Installer instead of my own contractor?

Precision Training: Certified installers specialize in the specific joinery and hardware of Küchen systems.
